Pastora Menacho Organvídez is born in Grazalema, daughter of Isabel and Martín, mother
Year 1956
He opens the famous and remembered “Bar de Martín”, where today Isabelita is still remembered as one of the best cooks in Grazalema and Martín for his empathy and knowing his way behind the bar.
Year 1972
Marriage of Pastora Menacho Organvídez and Rafael Nieto García, parents.

“Martín's Bar” closes its doors.

Sergio Nieto Menacho is born in Jerez de la Frontera (3rd generation).

Marriage of Sergio Nieto Menacho and María Roldán Hidalgo, in Grazalema

It reopens in the same location as before but with a new project Casa Martín 1920 by Sergio Nieto, great-grandson, grandson and son of the saga.
