Cadiz's tavern

Casa Martín 1920 grazalema is, at the same time, a Tavern with the essence of a Sherry Wine Bar, a Grazalema Cheese Bar and Tasting Room, with the soul of a Restaurant.

A place where you can eat in a different way with local delicacies, taste and discover the best wines, artisan cheeses from Grazalema, sometimes from beyond, EVOO, cured meats and acorn-fed Iberian pork ham fattened in old oak forests in the Sierra of Grazalema. Local products such as vegetables from the Gaidovar River, organic artisan breads accompanied by delicacies such as smoked tuna, anchovy styled sardines, Iberian meat platters, Grazalema blood sausage with “colorá” butter, preserves from Barbate and much more to discover.

Let's not forget our main dishes to make a good lunch or dinner, the TOSTAS (toast savoury or bruschetta) among the most famous, the Casa Martín special and the Iberian Acorn-fed Sobrasada & Payoya Goat Cheese among others, the HOT CASSEROLES of Organic vegetables, Iberian Carrillada or pork cheek with Port wine sauce, free-range eggs, ham, baby beans, cheese, etc., VEGETARIAN CASSEROLES of artichokes with potatoes and chickpeas with chard.

And make special mention of the Atlantic Ocean from which our precious and tasty Octopus and Wild Red Tuna from the Barbate Almadraba come, which you can taste in Tartar or Shashimi as the end of the party.
